Info for Applicants
The EUSA_ID partnership will award 66 grants in total to support South African mobility to a European partner university at Master, PhD and staff level.The duration of the mobility periods varies from
- 1 – 3 months for staff mobility
- 6 – 18(24) months for Master mobility
- 12 – 22 months for PhD mobility
All programmes offer different mobility periods - more information about these options can be found in the category "Mobility Programmes".
A total of 18 grants will be awarded to support European mobility to a South African partner university. The mobility is limited to the PhD level and the duration of mobility varies from 12 – 22 months.

In general 1 semester adds up to 30 ECTS credits:
1 semester = 30 ECTS
2 semester = 60 ECTS
3 semester = 90 ECTS
4 semester = 120 ECTS

Dr. Gabriele Bäcker (RUB) and Prof. Julian May (UWC) took part in the Erasmus Mundus Coordinators' Conference in Brussels.
