Sciences Po Bordeaux / University of Bordeaux

The HE institutions Sciences Po Bordeaux as well as the University of Bordeaux are official partner institutions within the Erasmus Mundus Action 2 EUSA-ID programme.

The HE institutions of Bordeaux are principally located in the one of the vastest campuses in Europe situated in Talence – Pessac – Gradignan, the urban area of Bordeaux. The campus enlarges upon 235 hectares and welcomes about 65.000 of students, 5.000 of researchers and professors and 3.000 of administrative staff. Some of the institutions are also located in the campus of Carreire (Campus plan), in the center of the town and on the right bank of Garonne. All campuses are connected by tramway.

Les Afriques dans le monde (LAM) is a unique multidisciplinary research and training center of Africas in France, hosted at the Political Science Institute Bordeaux greatly entailed in the international cooperation and exchange programmes, offers the possibility of mobility in several Master training and at 3 doctoral schools.

• The Doctoral School of Politics, Society and Public Health in close cooperation with LAM offers the possibility of Joint supervision doctorate (mobility of 10 or 22 months) in the field of Political Science, Anthropology and Public Health.
• The Doctoral School of "Sciences and Environments" offers the possibility of Joint supervision doctorate (mobility of 10 or 22 months) in the field of Geo-resources, properties and environments.
